Warranty Coverage:

Utility Transportation Carts INC.  (“the Company”) warrants that your Utility Transportation Cart, hereinafter referred to as “HaulMax,” will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. During this warranty period, the Company will provide the following coverage:

1. Replacement of Damaged Parts: If any parts of the “HaulMax” are found to be damaged or defective due to materials or workmanship within the one-year warranty period, the Company will, at its sole discretion, provide replacement parts at no cost to the customer.

1. Cart Replacement: If, within the one-year warranty period, the HaulMax cannot be effectively repaired due to damage or defects covered by this warranty, the Company will, at its sole discretion, replace the entire cart with a new one of similar model and specifications.

Exclusions and Limitations:

1. This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

• Misuse, abuse, or negligence.
• Accidents, natural disasters, or acts of vandalism.
• Unauthorized modifications or alterations to the HaulMax.
• Failure to follow the provided maintenance and care instructions.

1. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Haulmax.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our Customer Service Department at lrivera@firststarsolutions.com to report the issue and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Return the damaged part(s) or HaulMax, as instructed by our Customer Service Department, along with a copy of the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

Disclaimer:

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the HaulMax, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law:

This warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
