After 30 years of experience operating food and beverage in the sports and entertainment industry throughout the United States and Mexico, the idea was created. Business leaders are often getting a call of having a team member injured from pushing or pulling carts as they deliver goods in preparation for the event day. These injuries create pain and stress for the staff, but it also created strains on P&L’s as workers-comp claims average $15,000-25,000 per accident. However, it does not stop with just worker-comp claims; it went as far as bystander injury resulting in punitive damage and property damage to our client’s entertainment buildings. In early 2019 we decide to take our idea from a development dream through the development stage. We learned a lot from the various engineers and people assisting us and the countless prototypes built to ensure we had the best possible product to reduce waste and create efficiencies.
